Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes. Our supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and undergo third-party testing for purity, potency, and label accuracy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened supplement products. Digital products (Proto Pro, consulting) are non-refundable.
How do I cancel Proto Pro?
Cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing ryan@globalproto.com. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
How long does shipping take?
Orders process within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping: 5-7 business days ($7.99, or free over $99). Expedited: 2-3 business days ($14.99).
Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not subject to FDA approval. Our products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and are third-party tested for quality. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
