30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened supplement products. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect. Opened products reviewed case-by-case — email ryan@globalproto.com. Proto Pro memberships: cancel anytime, no refund for partial months. Consulting sessions: non-refundable once scheduled, may reschedule with 24 hours notice. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method.
